<p num="1"><br/><br/><br/>The present invention relates to two novel proteins, TR21 and TR22, which are <br/>members of the tumor necrosis factor (TNF) receptor. In particular, isolated <br/>nucleic acid molecules are provided encoding the human TR21 and TR22 protein. <br/>TR21 and TR22 polypeptides are also provided as are vectors, host cells and <br/>recombinant methods for producing the same. The invention further relates to <br/>secreening methods for identifying agonists and antagonists of TR21 and TR22 <br/>activity; and methods of treating immune disorders by administering TR21 and <br/>TR22 polynucleotides, polypeptides, agonists, and antagonists.<br/>
