PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent an oil supply port cap from being strongly fastened more than is necessary and to enable the use of an oil supply tank device, even when an excessive-fastening preventing mechanism is damaged. SOLUTION: A plurality of protrusion bodies 13, 13, etc., are formed on the outer peripheral wall of a first rotation assisting member 10 and lock parts 18 and 18 are formed on a flange-form portion. Because of contact parts 16, 16, etc., and lock support parts 19 and 19, being formed on the inner peripheral wall of a second rotary auxiliary tool 14, when a rotation force higher than a specified value is exerted in the middle of an oil supply port cap 3 mounted on an oil supply port 2, slippage occurs between the first and second rotary auxiliary tools 10 and 14 and drive of an elevation guide cylinder 7 is suspended, and an alarm sound showing too-fastening is generated. By bringing the lock parts 18 and 18 into fitting with the lock support parts 19 and 19, the rotation force of the first rotation assisting member 10 is transmitted directly to the oil supply port cap 3. |
