PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a letter of advice which notifies a customer of various kinds of information with the final purpose for utilizing effectively the letter space and displays variably the number of display items according to the using frequency and transaction frequency of the customer. SOLUTION: In regard to this letter 1 of advice, the dealing commodity items are displayed in an integrated format and each commodity item is displayed in variable number of display lines according to the using frequency and transaction frequency of a customer. Then every transaction is displayed in each item 3 within 1 to (n) lines and in the number of lines of each customer and the transaction details 4 of the next item 3 is continuously displayed with no remaining space of the letter 1. |
