PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a semiconductor laser device electrically insulated while assuring a mounting positional accuracy of a semiconductor laser as it is without increasing the number of components. SOLUTION: In the semiconductor laser device, the semiconductor laser is anodized at the component to be mounted at an optical base to assure an electrical insulation, a mechanical positional accuracy and a mechanically mounting strength.
