PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve horizontal rigidity of the whole building, and to restrain horizontal deformation by increasing a burden rate to horizontal force in a top part of multistory earthquake resistant walls. SOLUTION: A series of multistory earthquake resistant walls 2 continuing up to the top part from a lower story part of the building are arranged in a core part of the multistory or superhigh-rise building, and a top part earthquake resistant wall 6 is arranged between the top part of the multistory earthquake resistant walls 2 and a main frame 5 in a top part of the building. The top part earthquake resistant wall 6 is arranged in the shape of sideways extending the top part of the multistory earthquake resistant walls 2. The top part earthquake resistant wall 6 is arranged on the tower top floor for aiming at a high-rise RC multiple dwelling house using a rooftop surface of the tower top floor as a heliport.
