PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable a user to easily and efficiently make an order for a commodity or a service from a remote place and to enable a commodity offerer to easily and efficiently receive an order. SOLUTION: This method delivers commodity information from an information provider in response to access from a mobile terminal through a wired or radio network and makes an order for a transaction of a commodity selected in the mobile terminal to a provider of this commodity from the information provider and is provided with a first step and a second step. In the first step, an expected time of or a time required for arrival at the commodity provider and user discrimination information are transmitted together with order contents and information of the commodity provider at the time of making the order for the commodity from the mobile terminal. In the second step, ordering information including order contents, the expected time of or the time required for arrival at the commodity provider, and user discrimination information which have been received by the information provider is transmitted to the commodity provider.
