PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a digital codeless telephone system in which use efficiency of a radio line is improved by suppressing occurrence of unconnected situation when a new mobile terminal originates a call under a state where a radio base station is used by maximum number (three) of mobile terminals and no communication slot is idle. SOLUTION: The digital codeless telephone system comprises an exchange body (PBX) 40, a plurality of radio base stations (BS) 44b-48b each having a finite number of communication slots and a service area overlapping at least partially, and a plurality of mobile terminals (PS) 44c-48c located in the service areas of these BS 44b-48b. When another PS 44c originates a call under a state where the communication slots of a specific BS 44b are used by a maximum number of PS 45c-47c and no communication slot is idle, the PS 46c is disconnected from the BS 44b and connected with other BS 47b in the service area thus sustaining communication and making the PS 44c connectable with the BS 44b.
