PURPOSE: An underwater concrete structure installation method is provided to install to the uneven underwater ground and to prevent an inflow of water into a gap between the lower end of a structure and the underwater ground. CONSTITUTION: The underwater concrete structure installation method comprises the steps of: manufacturing a latticed rectangular column(1) in a land construction site; attaching a float to the right and left sides of the upper and lower ends of the column(1) and floating the column(1) horizontally to the surface of the water; separating and removing the float supporting the lower end of the column(1) from the lower end of the column at the state of hanging and supporting the lower end of the column(1) by a crane; pulling down the lower end of the column(1) by the crane and supporting the upper end of the column(1) by the float to convert the whole column(1) into the upright state; separating and removing the float from the upper end of the pulled column(1), subsiding the column(1) by self-weight to fix the lower end of the column(1) to the underwater ground; installing the column(1) to the corner of a structure to be installed under the water; installing an outer case(13) by joining an outer plate(11) to the outside of the columns(1) and forming an inner case(17) by installing an inner plate(15) to the inside of the columns(1); filling up an interval between the outer case(13) and the inner case(17), and the inner case(17) with concrete, then curing the concrete surface: and separating the outer plate(11).
