PURPOSE: A tool for monitoring windows for a vehicle transmission system is provided to monitor data in an environment of which control system is different by setting an own transmission control unit according to a windows environment of a present personal computer, thereby compatibly using the own transmission control unit in a plurality of communication protocol. CONSTITUTION: In a windows monitoring tool for a vehicle transmission system, a transmission control unit(TCU) simulator is connected to a transmission control unit of other company and an own developed transmission control unit, the TCU simulator is connected to a GST K-LINE communication, the own TSU is connected to a windows monitoring tool(WMT) via a CAN communication line, the WMT is connected to a personal computer of windows environment equipped a monitoring program via a parallel port.
