PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a payment system for sales price allowing both a commodity provider and a commodity purchaser to take procedures without anxiety. SOLUTION: The commodity purchaser transfers individual information Di including E-mail addresses AD1 and AD2 of the commodity purchaser and the commodity provider, the sales prices of the commodity, the payment date of the sales price, and the account of the commodity provider to a management office. The management office registers it with an issue number N and an issue password P1 added thereto, and notifies the commodity purchaser of the issue number N, the issue password P1 and the paying designation of the commodity sales price. It also registers perfect information (Di, N, P1, and P2) with a receipt password P2 added thereto, and notifies the commodity provider of the issue number N, the receipt password P2, the name of the commodity purchaser, and the commodity purchase price. The commodity provider transfers the issue number N, the receipt password P2, and the E-mail addresses AD1 and AD2 of the purchaser and the provider to the management office.
