PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an on-line shopping system in which even merchandise such as medical drugs of which the propiety for sales should be judged can be applied. SOLUTION: The server computer 30 of an order receiving side system 20 transfers merchandise order information transmitted from orderer terminals 10 to consultant terminals 40, and consultants decide whether or not the order can be received. The consultants refer to attribute information such as age, sex and main clinical records and the past purchase history information of orderer when they make the judgement.
