PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make the subject system and method rightly graspable the technical ability of an enterprise or to widely collectable the experts of that field, rightly graspable their technical ability, further, investigable the enterprise of the rightly evaluated technical ability, and suitably performable an ordering activity or the like. SOLUTION: This technical ability evaluating system is provided with technical experts (member technical experts 3 or the like) having client terminals 13 and 15 and a server 12 connectable with these client terminals 13 and 15 through a network 11. The server 12 has a technical expert database preserving information on the technical experts 3 and an investigation database preserving information related to the investigation of technology requested by an investigation client. The technical expert database updates the evaluation of the technical ability of the technical expert 3 who performs the investigation by evaluating the investigation performed by that technical expert by another technical expert 3. Besides, data for tests are transmitted to the client terminal 15 of a technical expert to become a candidate to be newly registered and the technical ability of the answering candidate technical expert is evaluated from the answer of the tests. |
