<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a multilayer capacitor which has sufficient capacitance, low self-inductance and high LC resonance frequency and is suitable as a decoupling capacitor, and to provide a semiconductor device and an electronic circuit board which use the multilayer capacitor. SOLUTION: In this electronic circuit board, a three terminal type multilayer capacitor which has a structure, where an upper and a lower sides of a penetrating inner electrode to be connected with a power line of an LSI are sandwiched by two inner electrodes which are connected with a ground line via dielectric layers is used as the decoupling capacitor. A capacitor where a plurality of holes 8, 9, 10 are formed into a capacitor chip, in which plural layers of dielectrics 7 and plural electrode layers 11, 12 are laminated alternately, and conductor parts which are electrically connected with a part of the electrode layers are arranged on the inner surfaces of a part of the holes out of the plural holes can be used as the multilayer capacitor.</p> |
