PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To dig out merchandise being the target of development in the market by analyzing and investigating the latent needs of the market by using the sensitivity of a consumer as a factor. SOLUTION: This market analysis sheet 1 is provided with a vertical axis Y indicating a sensitivity age as a trend going from immaturity to maturity and a horizontal axis X indicating sensitivity tastes as a trend going from conversation to innovation, and the coordinates included in the sensitivity age and sensitivity taste trend is divided into 9 area, that is, plural sensitivity stages A, R, F, M, PT, C, and PC corresponding to the sensitivity age and sensitivity taste trend. Then, a merchandise name pertinent to each sensitivity stage is applied to merchandise analysis sheet information for each merchandise kind, and a sensitivity information data base including the monitored sensitivity stage information of each customer is prepared, and merchandise investigation is executed. |
