<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To eliminate the unwanted delay time or omission of data even when a write data amount is fluctuated concerning a data transfer device for changing a data velocity between an input device and an output device via a buffer. SOLUTION: A buffer storage quantity is detected from the write address and read address of the buffer and corresponding to a change in this storage quantity, write address or read address, a threshold is set. At the same time, a write request to the input device and a read permission to the output device are performed from the relation of this threshold and the storage quantity.</p> |
