PURCHASING METHOD USING INTRANET/EXTRANET AND APPARATUS THEREOF

PURPOSE: A purchasing method using the intranet/extranet and an apparatus thereof are provided to maintain security through an electronic certification and to exchange information smoothly and to perform an electronic commercial transaction by connecting an internal network of a company to an external Internet and performing a purchase and sharing information among staffs of the company. CONSTITUTION: A purchasing company searches a wanted commodity in a commodity database before a booking of a commodity and inputs booking information(210). The purchasing company searches information in a supplying company database and a commodity database in accordance with the booking information and receives ordering information and transmits the ordering information to a supplying company(220). The supplying company delivers a commodity in accordance with the ordering information, and the purchasing company receives the commodity(230). If the commodity is delivered, the supplying company transmits check request information for requesting a state of the commodity to the purchasing company(240). The purchasing company transmits electronically certified checking information(250). The supplying company receives the certified checking information and transmits price information to the purchasing company, and the purchasing company receives the price information(260) and pays the price(270).
