PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the disadvantage of a conventional floor material comprising mutually independent linear antennas, or insufficient electromagnetic wave absorbing efficiency because of the absorption depending on the thermal loss of electromagnetic wave in flowing as current in a conductive material used for the linear antenna. SOLUTION: This floor material 1 comprises an electromagnetic wave absorbing member (insulating sheet 6) having an antenna 5 formed by electrically connecting a plurality of linear antenna elements 5a through a connecting pattern 5b. The connecting pattern 5b has a connecting end 5j for connecting one end 8a of an earth cable 8.
