PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To allow heated and boiled high temperature vapor to pass a flexible hose or a spray nozzle and assuredly sterilize the inner parts thereof. SOLUTION: An ultrasonic humidifier comprises a closed type water tank 1 in which an ultrasonic vibrator 2 is installed and a blower 4 attached to the water tank 1 and forcedly blowing off fog generated in the water tank by the operation of the ultrasonic vibrator 2 outside through the spray nozzle 15a. Water in the water tank 1 is heated and boiled by a heater 3 provided in the water tank 1 and the generated heated vapor is supplied to the spray nozzle 15a. |
