PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an around-muffler structure of a motorcycle whereby a fellow passenger can rest his foot in a comfortable posture. SOLUTION: The lower part of a seat 2 on which a driver and a fellow passenger can sit down is covered by a continuous cover member (under-seat side cover 95 and the like) extending from the front end part to the rear end part of the seat 2, a muffler 118 is disposed under the cover member, a rear wheel shaft 112 serving as an axle is exposed under the muffler 118, and a tandem footrest 127 is disposed in front of the muffler 118.
