Inclusion complex of an opioid peptide with cyclodextrin

摘要

An inclusion complex comprises a complex of L-Tyrosyl-D-alanyl-glycyl-N-methylphenylalanyl-glycyl-isopropylamide with a cyclodextrin derivative. The complexes are more soluble in water and have improved biopharmaceutical properties over known narcotic analgesics such as lesser toxicity, better analgesic action and non-addiction properties.
