PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a food temperature control device capable of recording only necessary data among temperature data detected by a temperature measuring means. SOLUTION: A food temperature recorder 13 is equipped with a temperature measuring means for measuring the temperature of food or the temperature around the food, a recording means for recording temperature data based on the measurement of the measuring means relating to the elapsed time, an input means allowing the start and end of recording by the recording means to be arbitrarily inputted, a display means for displaying the temperature data based on the measurement of the measuring means in association with elapsed time, a means for inputting additional data such as the name of food to be measured and the name of a worker in charge of processing the food, and a means for recording the additional data while making them correspond to the temperature data. It is characterized by having a record start area 56 for inputting the start of temperature data recording and a record end area 70 for inputting the end of temperature data recording.
