PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a clothing capable of seizing a cap at the collar thereof so as to prevent the cap from being blown away by wind. SOLUTION: This clothing is so designed that the collar thereof is a double collar comprising a stand-up collar 15 and a turned-down collar 16, a connecting string 25 to be connected with a cap 12 is attached to an outward nuchal part 11 of the double collar representing the outside when the turned-down collar 16 is raised, and the connecting string 25 is hidden between the stand-up collar 15 and the turned-down collar 16 if it is unnecessary to connect the cap 12.
