PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a skin care preparation having a melanogenesis inhibitory effect higher than those of conventional skin-lightening preparations, not deteriorated when prepared, high in medicinal effects, and compounded of skin- lightening and skin-conditioning components. SOLUTION: This skin care preparation contains one, two or more extracts of herbs selected from Calcocarpum sapota, Sida rhombifolia, Phytolacca octandra, Cematis dioica, Euphorbia prostata, Rhus sp, Hamelia erecta, Salvia lavanduloides, Phytolacca isocandra, Castilleja teuniflora, Urtica dioica, Plumbago pulchella, Salix microphylla, Jatropha dioica, Verbena calorina, and Passifona ssp. The skin care composition contains one, two or more extracts of the herbs selected from the above plants, and medicinal compounds selected from skin- lightening agents, antioxidants, anti-inflammatory agents, and ultraviolet light absorbers. |
