PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vibration-damping sheet which exhibits an excellent vibration-damping property and excellent durability at the ordinary temperature. SOLUTION: This vibration-damping sheet characterized in that the maximum values of tanδat 100 Hz exist in a range of 0 to 40 deg.C, that at least one of the maximum values is >=2.0, and that the value of tanδis >=1.8 after left at 23 deg.C and at a RH of 50% for 90 days. The vibration-damping sheet characterized by comprising 20 to 65 wt.% of a thermoplastic resin having chlorine groups on side chains, a liquid chlorinated paraffin having a melting point of <23 deg.C and containing chlorine in an amount of 30 to 65 wt.%, and a solid chlorinated paraffin having a melting point of >=23 deg.C and containing chlorine in an amount of 70 to 75 wt.%.
