PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide car body floor side part structure of an automobile with high body stiffness and high distributed transmission of a collision load without large change of existing car body structure. SOLUTION: Right and left side sills 20 are joined to both sides of a car body floor 2, a closed cross section-shaped cross member 10 is installed between the side sills 20, rear frames 30 are arranged in parallel in the car body front and rear direction along the side sills 20, the front ends are bumped against the rear surface part 9 of the cross member 10 and joined, and a reinforcement 40 for connecting the front end of the rear frame 30 and the side sill 20 through the rear surface part 9 of the cross member 10 is installed within the cross section of the cross member 10.
