PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a high-quality surface-covering member capable of providing an uneven shape on the surface of a molded product, excellent in slidability, abrasion resistance, unstainable properties, and dust-removable properties (brushing effect), and capable of appealing to the sense of a human being by the design, the feeling, the touch feeling and the like by producing an inexpensive olefinic thermoplastic elastomer excellent in mechanical strength, rubber characteristics, durability and moldability, and dispersing a specific crosslinked polymer particles in the resultant thermoplastic elastomer as a base matrix. SOLUTION: This elastomer composition is characterized in that the crosslinked polymer particles obtained by cross-linking an ethylenic polymer, an isoprene-based polymer, a butadiene-based polymer, a styrenic polymer, a 3-12Cα-olefinic polymer or a silicone-based polymer, having 30-600μm average maximum major diameter, and being substantially unmeltable is included in the base matrix, and the composition contains a gel component insoluble in boiling xylene. The molded product is obtained by molding the composition and has >=20μm roughness of averaged ten points.
