PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method capable of manufaturing a good laminate (bathtub or the like) having an unfilled part by uniformizing the flow of the resin injected in the cell of a mold. SOLUTION: In the method for manufacturing ther laminate (bathtub or the like), a female mold 4A is provided for utility with a bypass groove 9 for guiding an injected resin to a stepped part where the flow of the injected resin becomes slow with respect to the flow of the whole to assist the injection of the resin. Concretely, a male mold 2 is covered with a thermoplastic resin molded article 1 preliminarily molded into a predetermined shape and a fiber reinforcing material 3, and further covered with the female mold 4A to form the cell, and a polymerized curable resin raw material 10 is injected in the cell from an injection port 6 to be cured. In place of the bypass groove 9, an injection port may be further provided to delay injection timing. |
