Activator exhibits solubility at 25 C in hexane, cyclohexane, or methylcyclohexane at least 5 wt. %. More particularly, activator can be represented by di(octadecyl)methylammonio-tetrakis(pentafluorophenyl) borate or di(hydrogenated tall alkyl) methylammonio-tetrakis(pentafluorophenyl) borate.
