PURPOSE: A movable iron mold device and a continuous construction method are provided to quickly construct a culvert, to continuously form members with the steel mold device and to reduce a constructing time. CONSTITUTION: An internal mold device(60) comprises a side plate member(66); an upper slab plate member(64); shrinking devices(70,71,72) to move the side plate member(66) leftward and rightward and to expand/shrink the internal mold device(60) by moving the upper slab plate member(64) upward and downward; and a driving device(62) moved frontward and backward. Thereby, the product is beautifully formed, the continuous operation is possible and the constructing time is quickened. Moreover, the additional curing cost is not needed.
