<p>The present invention discloses a new polypeptide- human RNA binding protein 19, the polynucleotide encoding it and a method producing the polypeptide by DNA recombinant technology. The present invention further discloses a method with the peptide for treating various disorders, e.g., protein metabolism disorder, fetus deforming, various tumors, and immunological disease and for studing human antisenescence etc. The present invention also discloses an antagonist of the polypeptide and its therapeutic action. The present invention further discloses the use of the polynucleotide encoding the new human RNA binding protein 19.</p> |
