PURPOSE: A functional paint composition for the interior and exterior painting of building is provided, to recycle the waste monofilament produced in napping and sharing process of fiber texture. CONSTITUTION: The paint composition comprises 25-60 vol% of waste monofilament with 0.1-3 mm; 30-70 vol% of an aqueous paint; 1-50 vol% of a viscosity controlling solvent; and optionally 3-30 vol% of aluminium hydroxide as a flame retardant and a thickening agent, 1-3 vol% of an antibacterial aqueous solution, 23-60 vol% of a foamed polystyrene pulverized particle, 5-10 vol% of an acryl-based adhesive, and/or 0.1-10 vol% of an organic or inorganic pigment. Also the paint composition comprises 25-60 vol% of waste monofilament with 0.1-3 mm; 40-70 vol% of an oily paint; 1-50 vol% of a viscosity controlling solvent; and optionally 3-30 vol% of aluminium hydroxide as a flame retardant and a thickening agent, 1-3 vol% of an antibacterial aqueous solution, 23-60 vol% of a foamed polystyrene pulverized particle, 5-10 vol% of an acryl-based adhesive, and/or 0.1-10 vol% of an organic or inorganic pigment. |
