PURPOSE: A method for converting a general retail store into a small logistics system for an electronic commerce is provided to use the online electronic commerce by using a small logistics system building system and so supply goods to purchasers at a low cost by removing delivery expenses. CONSTITUTION: A database is built by uploading stock and stock variations of retail stores to a database server or web server. The database of the server is provided through a network, or provided to a server of a network of an electronic commerce store, so that the electronic commerce store or delivery company can search the stock contents. When the retail store has a necessary article, the article is provided to an adjacent purchaser. When the retail store does not have the article, articles of the adjacent retail stores are searched, and the searched article is supplied to the purchaser. The purchaser or electronic commerce store confirms the stock and visits the retail store to get the article, or the delivery company delivers the article to the purchaser. The articles are supplied directly from the electronic commerce store or an article production company or supply company associated with the electronic commerce store, thereby cutting down logistics expenses.
