PURPOSE: A method and a system for rental of heavy equipment are provided to mutually connect the heavy equipment provider and a consumer by providing information suitable to conditions presented by the provider and consumer through the network such as the Internet. CONSTITUTION: Information related to lending conditions, kinds, locations of heavy equipment to be lent by heavy equipment provider through a network are stored. Then, a consumer accessed to the network inputs rental conditions including the kinds, construction sites, rental due date of heavy equipment. Next, a heavy equipment provider having lending conditions similar to the rental conditions is selected to be informed. Therefore, the provider can obtain information of a corresponding consumer without a text message service.
