PURPOSE: An LC(Liquid Crystal) dispenser is provided to improve injection characteristics of LC by obtaining a high temperature atmosphere with a heating tank and reducing temperature difference of LCD(Liquid Crystal Display) panels when LC is injected at high pressure. CONSTITUTION: An LC dispenser is kept in a chamber(21). The chamber includes a suction/discharge unit(22) for adjusting the pressure of the chamber to reduce or increase the inner pressure of the chamber properly. The chamber has a heating tank(24) filled with fluid(23). The fluid in the heating tank is injected at a high temperature atmosphere. The heating tank has a heating unit(26) for heating LCD panels(25) through contact therewith and for keeping the LCD panels therein to inject LC into the LCD panels at a high temperature atmosphere. The heating tank is heat-insulated to reduce thermal loss of the heating tank and to concentrate heating of the LCD panels with the heating unit. A heater(27) is installed in the heating tank to heat the fluid, and a temperature sensor(28) is set in the heating tank to adjust the temperature of the heated fluid. A thermostat(29) is used as a temperature control unit for controlling the driving of the heater depending on the temperature of the fluid. A circulating pump(30) is mounted on the heating tank to circulate the fluid in the tank with force. An LC vessel(32) filled with LC(31) is laid in the chamber. If LC is injected, the LC vessel rises up to contact the LC to an LC injection port(25a) of each LCD panel. Temperature difference of LCD panels is reduced in high-temperature injection of LC. |
