<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a concealed printed matter which securely keeps a transfer concealing layer and prevents a see-through phenomenon from occurring with such other advantages that the mechanical suitability in a printer and the like is high and the printed matter can be discarded as a common refuse after its use. SOLUTION: This concealed printed matter 1 is of such a structure that concealed information 3 such as number or symbol formed on a mount 2 is covered by the releasable transfer concealing layer 4 in such a way that the information 3 is invisible. The mount 2 has an upper layer 5 for retaining the transfer concealing layer 4 and is made up of paper having a three-tier structure that a center layer 6 filled internally with a pigment with high opacity is sandwiched between the upper layer 5 and a lower layer 7. Compared to an ordinary single layer paper or film, the concealed information 3 on the mount 2 is not seen through even under a high-intensity light and thus the thickness of the transfer concealing layer 4 can be reduced and its control can be simplified. Since a thin transfer foil is used for the concealing layer 4, the release of the concealing layer 4 by a roller or the like during the mechanical issuance of the printed matter prior to its use does not occur. Further, the concealed printed matter 1 can be discarded as a common refuse because it has no metallic layer.</p> |
