PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the plasticizer resistance, solvent resistance, antistaining properties and weatherability of a laminate type injection molding in-mold decorating sheet especially suitable with respect to a polyolefinic or styrenic resin. SOLUTION: A decorative layer 4 wherein a binder resin comprises a mixture of an acrylic resin and a vinyl chloride/vinyl acetate copolymer, a primer layer 5 comprising a urethane resin, an adhesive layer 6 comprising chlorinated polypropylene and a polyolefinic resin layer 7 are laminated on the side of the transparent acrylic resin layer having a transparent surface layer 3 comprising a coextrusion laminate consisting of a transparent fluoroplastic resin layer 1 and a transparent acrylic resin layer 2. When the polyolefinic resin layer 7 is an ABS resin layer 9, a vinyl chloride resin layer 8 may be used in place of the primer layer 5 and the adhesive layer 6.
