PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To automatically adjust the pressure of carbon dioxide and to miniaturize a pressure adjusting device by integrating the pressure adjusting device with a head. SOLUTION: In the pressure adjusting device, a hollow chamber is divided into an A-chamber and a B-chamber by a valve cone 3, the A-chamber is set to an atmospheric pressure chamber, and a heat-sensitive spring 4 sensing the temperature of the second fluid flowing through a pipe 2 to be changed in its spring constant is mounted in the A-chamber to elastically support the valve cone 3. The B-chamber is further demarcated into a B1-chamber and a B2- chamber between the hollow chamber main body part 1 and the valve cone 3 by nozzle contact, a first fluid inlet 7 is provided to the B1-chamber holding a nozzle 5, and the flow channel 9 reaching the mounting part of a cover 14 from the B2-chamber is provided. Further, a spring 11 opposed to the repulsing direction of the heat-sensitive spring 4 is provided between the valve cone 3 of the B-chamber and the hollow chamber main body part, and the cover 14 is made free to open and close by moving the pipe 2 by an on-off lever 16.
