PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To shorten a time requiring for one cycle ranging from the injection of molten resin to demolding in each mold without shortening a cooling time in an injection molding. SOLUTION: In this device and method, demolding devices 15 and 16 are arranged at both the sides of an injection device 2. At the same time, ahead the injection device 2 and the demolding devices 15 and 16, a side shiftable shifting stand 11 is arranged. In the shifting stand 11, a plurality of molds 12 and 13 are provided side by side to allow to selectively shift either mold to an injection position wherein the molten material S is injectable from the injection device 2 into a cavity 14 just before the injection device 2 or to a demolding position wherein the molding is demoldable in the cavity 14 by either one of the demolding devices just before the either one of the demolding devices 15 and 16.
