摘要 PURPOSE: A tire having a rubber layer is provided to improve ozone cracking resistance by forming rubber composition of the tread shoulder part to be different from the sidewall, and to improve adhesive force by spreading adhesive rubber composition between the sidewall and the tread shoulder. CONSTITUTION: A tire is composed of rubber of 40-60wt%, butadiene rubber of 10-30wt%, and ethylene propylene diene ternary copolymer(rubber of 10-40wt%) including oil of 30-50%. A second rubber composition layer includes rubber of 100wt%, carbon black of 40-60wt% having DBP(dibutyl phthalate) absorption of 80-110ml/100g and iodine adsorption of 30-95mg/g, p-phenylene diamine antioxidant of 1.5wt%, and additives. The second rubber composition layer is placed in a tread shoulder part(112), and liquid cement including adhesive rubber composition is spread on the contact surface between the tread shoulder part and a sidewall(113). The ozone cracking resistance is improved with forming the tread shoulder part by ethylene propylene diene ternary copolymer. The tread shoulder part is stuck to the sidewall efficiently with spreading the liquid adhesive rubber composition between the tread shoulder part and the sidewall.
