<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve a problem wherein an end part of an original paper exposed on the inner periphery of an opening for drinking caused by releasing between the innermost layer and an adhesive resin layer in the opening for drinking of a sealable paper container is brought into contact with a liquid content in the container and is wet with it to spoil sealing function. SOLUTION: In a method for producing a top plate in a sealed paper container in which a top plate T provided with the opening 10 for drinking and a bottom plate B are respectively connected with the top end part and the bottom end part of a cylindrical trunk plate A and the connected parts are hermetically sealed with each other, a sheet S1 prepared by laminating the original paper 1 on which the opening 10 for drinking is provided with the outermost layer 2 and the innermost layer 3 of a resin film are extrusion-laminated by introducing them between a press roll 40 and a cooling roll 50 through an adhesive resin layer 4 melt-extruded from a T-die and while the above described innermost layer and the adhesive resin layer are pressed by projected pressing parts formed on positions corresponding to the above desribed opening for drinking on either one or both peripheral faces of both rolls, they are laminated.</p> |
