Method for producing a fertiliser granulate

The invention relates to a method for producing a fertiliser granulate comprising mineral salts which are mixed and are used to produce said granulate. A particularly economical method is achieved by admixing and mixing the mineral salts and crystallised tetrahydrate calciumnitrate below their melting temperature. Said mixture is warmed to a temperature higher than the melting temperature of the tetrahydrate calciumnitrate, whereby crystallisation water is released. The mixture containing the crystallisation wate r forms a plastic mass at said temperature, whereby said plastic mass is shaped to form a granulate and is cooled to below the melting temperature.
