PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To form an outlet out of a synthetic resin such as a thermosetting resin hardly scratched and having tracking resistance, and to increase the dimension of a face to form an inserting part of the outlet in comparison with a case using a metal frame. SOLUTION: A body 10 and a cover 20 are connected by fitting a frame 50 made of a synthetic resin to projecting and recessed fitting parts 60 and 70 formed on both of the body 10 and the cover 20. As the body 10 and the cover 20 are connected by using the synthetic resin frame 50, it becomes unnecessary to deflect the body 10 and the cover in assembling the outlet, the body 10 and the cover 20 can be made of the synthetic resin such as the thermosetting resin hardly scratched and having tracking resistance, and the dimension of a front face to form the inserting part 24 of the outlet 1 can be increased in comparison with a case using the metal frame.
