POWER SUPPLY CONTROL DEVICE FOR AUTOMATIC TELLER MACHINE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem of a conventional automatic teller machine(ATM) being turned on when no one uses it and consuming the power and to reduce the power of the unused ATMs wasted in waiting for a user when there is no one in a shop or a branch or there are a few persons in the shop or the branch compared with the number of the ATMs installed therein. SOLUTION: The same number of the ATMs as the number of the persons in the shop or the branch is turned on and the rest is kept as its OFF state so as to solve the problem. The ON/OFF of the ATMs in the shop or the branch is controlled by the increase/decrease in the number of persons in the shop or the branch so that the power control device can reduce the power consumption. This device can thus reduce the power when the ATM is in the waiting state of the user.
