PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce adverse effect on a liquid crystal display section of an electronic equipment such as a printer even though environmental temperature varies. SOLUTION: An electronic equipment having a display section for which driving signals are supplied to provide various displays is provided with a memory which stores the values of environmental temperature of the display section and driving signal values to drive the display section corresponding to the temperature, a detecting means which detects environmental temperature, a reading means which reads the driving signal values from the memory corresponding to the environmental temperature detected by the detecting means and a supplying means which supplies the driving signals related to the driving signal values read from the reading means to the display section.
