PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a laminated ceramic capacitor, the capacitance value of which can be increased, even if the outside dimension the capacitor is not changed by increasing the facing areas of internal electrodes, without making the electrodes exposed from the side sections of the capacitor, and to provide a method of manufacturing the capacitor. SOLUTION: In a first ceramic elemental body 11a of this laminated ceramic capacitor, a first internal electrode 12 is provided, in such a way that the electrode 12 is exposed on one end section P side but is not exposed on the other end section Q side. In the second ceramic elemental body 11b of this capacitor, a second internal electrode 13 is provided, in such a way that the electrode 13 is not exposed on the end section P side, but is exposed on the end section Q side. In addition, the electrodes 12 and 13 are formed in belt-like states, extended in the direction perpendicular to the axis of the capacitor connecting both end sections P and Q. The capacitor is manufactured, by winding the first and second ceramic elemental bodies 11a and 11b around the axis connecting the end sections P and Q, in a state where the bodies 11a and 11b are overlapped on each other. Then first and second external electrodes 2 and 3 are provided on the end sections P and Q, so that the electrodes 2 and 3 are connected electrically to the first and second internal electrodes 12 and 13, respectively.
