PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a gain difference automatic compensation circuit, that automatically executes gain adjustment of each of transmission outputs of 2 systems in a digital communication unit or the like and to reduce man-hours and reduce the cost. SOLUTION: Using a differential amplifier circuit 5 detects the difference between transmission outputs of two systems, and using a latch-type comparator 8 and flip-flop circuits 13, 23 detects an output which has a higher gain in the outputs of the two systems. Control digital/analog converters 18, 19 generate a control signal, until a higher output level matches with the other output level. This control signal controls at least one gain of digital/analog converters 1, 2, so as to make the level of the transmission signals of the 2 systems identical to each other. A monitor section 14 deactivates the differential amplifier circuit 5, to reduce the current consumption, when both the levels of the transmission outputs are the same.
