PURPOSE: A brush holder of an AC generator for a vehicle is provided to prevent brush powder from being stacked inside a brush holder by making a surface, where a brush is installed, slant. CONSTITUTION: A brush holder of an AC generator for a vehicle has a discharge hole and an air inlet hole. A brush is movably formed on a side of the brush holder. A slant groove is formed such that a slant surface is formed from a side surface where the brush is installed to a discharge hole(114c) of the inside lower part. An inside part(b) is curved to easily discharge alien substances to the discharge hole(114c). When the brush(110) is worn away, the brush powder falls down. The brush powder guided by the slant groove easily drops to the discharge hole(114c) by the curved or cut surface of the inside part(b).
