Method of isolation of carboxypeptidase B involves extraction, precipitation with ammonium sulfate and purification and these stages are performed in buffer solutions containing 1-10 mM of L-arginine. Purification stage is carried out by chromatography method on hydroxyapatite at first and then on DEAE-Sepharose as sorbents.
