SUBSTANCE: device has the first and second lengthened plates with working surfaces and tie-rod connecting said plates to each other. Plates have rounded noninvasive edges and stiffening ribs. They are made in the form, for instance, of longitudinal bendings making angle of 140-170 deg. Working surfaces of lengthened plates are located on their convex sides and having drugs or drug, for instance, TACHOCOMB preparation. Said preparation is made in the form of lengthened member which follows plate shape. Lengthened member is connected with its nongluing side to working surface of each plate for possible removal. As a result, tight fit is ensured of mucous membrane in two halves of nasal cavity to nasal septum with use of drug or drugs and noninvasive withdrawal of device from nasal cavity.
