APPARATUS FOR SENSING DATA ERROR

PURPOSE: An apparatus for sensing a data error is provided to reduce a load between a bad module and a good module by installing a buffer between the bad module and the good module. CONSTITUTION: A bad module(20) and a good module(30) are used for receiving signals from a measurement system. A resistance(40) is used for measuring a DQ error of measurement system between the bad module(20) and the good module(30). A buffer circuit(50) receives the output signals of the measurement system from the bad module(20), outputs the received signals to the good module(30), and receives output signals of the bad module(20), and outputs the received signals to a node connected with the resistance(40). The load of the measurement system is reduced since a control signal and a DQ signal received from the measurement system are transferred to the good module(30) through the buffer circuit(50).
